I toured this home over the weekend, and honestly, the details in this home are fabulous!
It was part of the 2026 Salt Lake Parade of Homes, and it showed. Not in a showy way, just in the way that every single finish feels like someone actually thought about it. Every finish was intentional. Custom stonework throughout, fireplace going all the way to the ceiling, primary suite with wood plank ceiling, floors installed at a slant. Things you don’t see everyday. Oh and the colored cabinets… dark wood in the primary, dark green in the laundry, light brown in the hall bath. The spaces feel distinct.
The staircase landing instead of carpet, I wish more had that. The primary bath has a stone arch detail that kind of separates it from the rest of the room.
And the ADU. A real one! Nice kitchen setup, walk-in pantry, a bedroom with a daylight feel. They dug out and did a rock wall kind of situation instead of a typical window well. Thoughtful in a way most ADU’s aren’t.
Sellers are open to including all furnishings- meaning you could own the complete Parade Home experience exactly as designed. A bit of a rarity.
