All reports I have read (or reputable podcasts inlisten to, reports i subscribe to) point to this same trend. Nor exactly the news homebuyers have been waiting for. But, play the long game, real estate , unless you specifically are in it for flipping and quick dollars (which is tough because of bottom line pricing and costs right now), is a long-term investment. Congrats to Codie and Taylor (Taylor was caught in traffic so not in pic)! First home, beautiful almost brand new home, ready to make memories in, build equity through, and live a great life in.
