📈 Housing Market Update 📈

The percentage of Wasatch Front homes selling below $500,000 fell to 62% in 2021, a dramatic decline from 2020 when 81% of home sales were below the half-million-dollar mark.

Perspective - 38% of homes are now over $500,000. 💰

Statewide, housing prices increased by 27%, shattering the 43-year-old record of 20.1% set in 1978.

Some sales are exciting, some are bittersweet. It's hard to prepare your home for sale in the event of a loved one passing.
