Kris Sells Utah Hello There! My name is Kris Cox. I have been a real estate consultant since 2003. Kris started her real estate career in 2003.

I am dedicated to helping my clients get the best results possible when buying or selling real estate! She has received many awards, including being in the 100% Club numerous times and being named the Top Selling Agent in the Mountain States Region. Kris joined Equity Real Estate in January of 2013. She brings with her a wealth of experience in residential sales, including REO/ Foreclosure properties and short sales. Her favorite part of the real estate business is the relationships that she builds with the clients she works with. She is known to say that real estate is not about sales, but about negotiating, unique marketing plans, problem solving and helping people make their dreams come true. "It's so satisfying to guide my clients through what is probably the most important transaction of their lives!" Kris has lived in Utah all of her life and knows Salt Lake County, Davis County and Utah County well. She is married to Dan Cox, and together they have 10 children (including son-in-laws) and 3 grandchildren. Kris loves music and theater and has played lead roles in many musicals across the Wasatch Front. She loves to sing and still performs in her spare time. In her pre-real estate life, she was a private voice instructor. She also loves to cook and create recipes.
