ies and short sales. Her favorite part of the real estate business is the relationships that she builds with the clients she works with. She is known to say that real estate is not about sales, but about negotiating, unique marketing plans, problem solving and helping people make their dreams come true. "It's so satisfying to guide my clients through what is probably the most important transaction of their lives!" Kris has lived in Utah all of her life and knows Salt Lake County, Davis County and Utah County well. She is married to Dan Cox, and together they have 10 children (including son-in-laws) and 3 grandchildren. Kris loves music and theater and has played lead roles in many musicals across the Wasatch Front. She loves to sing and still performs in her spare time. In her pre-real estate life, she was a private voice instructor. She also loves to cook and create recipes.
