We are excited to unveil the new 18x18 foot mural at the San Leon apartments in Historic Downtown Sanford, just in time for the new residents moving in.

The large scale artwork designed and completed by Florida illustrator and biologist Deanna Derosia of Sealacanth Studios celebrates the Florida Wildlife Corridor Coalition and features the critically endangered Florida panther surrounded by indigenous plants and butterflies.

Great coverage from FOX 35 Orlando of the San Leon Ribbon Cutting Ceremony! We're excited to be a part of Historic Downtown Sanford.

The first new residential building in Downtown Sanford is open after more than 50 years. Sanford Mayor Art Woodruff was there Tuesday for the ribbon cutting of the San Leon Apartments. He said that Sanford is growing.
