For the past 10 years in real estate, I’ve been blessed to help many families buy homes. But when I moved to North Carolina, I personally wanted to do something a little different and in my mind, easier. Less work, less driving, fewer phone calls. And even after having a dream showing me that new construction wasn’t meant for me, I still pushed forward and eventually landed a position.

After five months of being under paid, being tied to a strict schedule, missing out on family time, not being able to pick up my girls, and constantly trying to figure out who could help with them while I worked, everything became exhausting. That’s when God quickly showed me that this wasn’t where I needed to be especially for my family.

On top of that, a job that was supposedly “easy” and made “really good money” was honestly not what God wanted for me.

I quit my job and jumped back into being a real estate agent, and God has already showed out and begun to reveal His grace, direction, and blessings. He’s showing me the success that’s ahead.

No matter how easy a position might seem, it may not be for you. And if God didn’t direct you to it, it will never truly feel easy. 🙏🏼
