Buyer wants access to the crawlspace. No problem… right?

🔒 Except there’s a padlock on it.
🔑 Quick call to my seller: “Do we have a key?”
Nope. Never had one. And they’re out of state anyways. 🤦‍♀️

So what do you do?

You jump in the car, run to the house, take the crawlspace door off its hinges, pry off the old latch, and install some new “padlock-less” hardware. 💪🔨

Crawlspace accessible. Mission accomplished. Ready for tomorrow!

…and then the showing CANCELS. 😂😂😂
