This home, and these sellers, were exactly why I love what I do! This home had been on the market twice before they called me. After I left the listing appointment, I created the best strategy on how to get this one sold for them. It is an older home, and the interior was great, but needed some help. I went in and staged this, and drastically changed the way it looked and felt. We put it on the market and had multiple offers within the first weekend and sold for full price!! So elated that my clients were able to move forward with their journey to a new state, and so grateful I got to be a part of it! 🥰
