So let’s start with what the name is all about. I have a wide variety of interests and obsessions from bargain shopping and home decor/organization to beauty and budgeting. I am always learning and, in some small way, teaching. Most of all, I have always had an interest in exploring how we are all the same and yet completely unique as individuals and how we expr

ess our uniqueness. Prana is considered “life force” and is also referred to as Chi or Qi (like in Tai Chi and Qi Gong). Prana is about energy and every living thing is said to have Prana. In fact, our own wellbeing is dependent on acquiring, transforming, absorbing and releasing Prana. The concept of Prana spoke to me, if you will, and I dubbed my business enterprises with some form of Prana in their name.

Don't sleep on .whit.it fruit salad. I used watermelon, cantaloupe and strawberries. The "sauce" is lime zest, lime juice and a touch of honey. Toss and enjoy. It's so refreshing!
