Southwest Florida is making moves!

Florida had more cities ranked among SmartAsset’s top 75 U.S. boomtowns than any other state, with 19 cities making the list. Right here in Southwest Florida, Fort Myers ranked No. 20 and Cape Coral ranked No. 22.

From 2019 to 2024:
📍 Fort Myers added 21% more housing units and grew its labor force by 42%
📍 Cape Coral added 30% more housing units and grew its labor force by 22%

A few very full days at the 2026 Florida Realtors® Convention & Trade Expo in Orlando!

Economic and legislative updates, great speakers, new ideas, lots of learning, and of course leaning a little deeper into AI and how to put it to work for my clients. 🤓

But probably my favorite part… catching up with Realtor friends from around Florida, meeting new ones, sharing ideas and having some really great conversations.

Lots learned, lots of laughs, and definitely a few things to bring back home and put to work.

And yes… apparently networking works even better with a cocktail. 😂🥂

A Community That Shows Up

The Sanibel & Captiva Islands Association of REALTORS® has long been connected to the people, neighborhoods and community spirit that make our islands special, and we’re grateful for their $500 donation to A Field of Heroes.

Their support will sponsor flags within the field, each one honoring an individual whose life was lost on September 11, 2001.

A Field of Heroes is being built one flag, one name and one act of generosity at a time. Contributions like this help bring the entire community together around a simple but powerful promise: we remember.

July is usually my European travel month, but this year I had to craft a slightly different schedule. 😉

And it turned out to be a busy one!
Happy and grateful to be recognized as a Top Sales Producer for July at Royal Shell Real Estate. 💙
Homes, condos, vacant land, meetings with builders, negotiations and closings, with a little travel squeezed in between. Exactly why I love real estate. No two days are ever the same!

A big thank you to my clients for continuing to trust me with their real estate decisions and to everyone who sends referrals my way. I truly appreciate it.
