Why We Bought Sanddollar C201
A few years ago, we stood on this beach and watched the sun sink into the Gulf. The sound of the waves, the warm breeze, and the feeling that life had finally slowed down for a moment made us realize something: we wanted a place where family and friends could create memories like this for years to come.
That's why we bought Sanddollar C201.
It wasn't just the stunning beachfront view. It wasn't just the shell-covered shoreline, the incredible fishing, or the spectacular sunsets. It was the feeling. The feeling of waking up to the sound of the ocean. Drinking coffee while watching dolphins pass by. Walking the beach at sunrise and finding treasures in the sand. Then came Hurricane Ian.
Like so many on Sanibel, our Sanddollar family faced heartbreak, uncertainty, and a long road to recovery. But what happened next reminded us exactly why we fell in love with this place. Owners, contractors, staff, neighbors, and friends worked tirelessly to bring Sanddollar back. Their determination, generosity, and love for this island helped transform destruction into hope.
Today, Sanddollar C201 is once again welcoming guests.

Everybody loves our boardwalk.

Love that spot on Sanibel because:
#1 it has both a sunrise and sunset view.
#2 that apex of the Sanibel curve has the best shelling and fishing.
#3 it is centrally located for easy access to many venues.
#4 side roads allow easier access to the causeway - no Periwinkle traffic!
