Part of a real estate household, licensed agent Megan Miller is forging a place for herself in the industry. Although she is new to the field, her business background and firsthand real estate experience allow her to navigate an ever-changing industry. Her core values revolve around being of service to her family, and she gains great satisfaction from helping real estate clients through major mile
stones in their lives. Megan was born and raised in Long Beach and graduated from nearby Lakewood High School. She went on to complete a Bachelor of Science in finance and earned her real estate license concurrently. She obtained a wealth of real estate knowledge from her husband, one of Fair Trade Real Estate’s founders, and she saw an opportunity to jump into the industry for herself. Today, Megan uses her background in finance and real estate to help a variety of homebuyers and investors. Her finance education allows her to predict market trends, provide guidance on financing, and negotiate prices and favorable terms. While she is comfortable working with all parties, she is especially interested in helping clients with foreclosure avoidance, property inheritances, and those who wish to discard unwanted properties for cash. When she’s not working from home, in the office, or showing properties in the field, Megan enjoys cooking or roller-skating with her daughter, Goldie, in her jogging stroller. She is excited to be growing both a family and a business at the same time and is passionate about serving the communities of California.
