Real estate pet peeve alert! 🚨

As an agent who represents both buyers and sellers, one thing that drives me crazy is when a property sits vacant throughout escrow and is delivered in worse condition than it was during the open house. 🤦‍♂️🏡

I recently showed up with my buyers on closing day, excited to hand over the keys 🔑, only to find the grass completely overgrown 🌱, the pool green 🟢🏊‍♂️, and trash from the open house a MONTH earlier still sitting on the kitchen counter 🗑️😳.

A smooth transaction doesn’t end when the contract is signed. Sellers and listing agents have a responsibility to deliver the property in the condition the buyers agreed to purchase. ✅

Today I’m at one of my own listings that closes tomorrow, making sure everything is ready for the new owners because details matter. 👊🏠
