I had the opportunity to attend an incredible event with Martin & Guzman Realty focused on how AI is transforming business growth — and why ambitious agents are choosing what’s next.

The conversation wasn’t about theory. It was about implementation.

Farewell 2025 ✨

This year has been one of the most challenging seasons emotionally, spiritually, and physically. In my personal life, my business, and honestly, in our country as a whole. It stretched me in ways I didn’t expect.

But as I look back, there is so much good to be grateful for.

Concerts that filled my soul.
Beyoncé, John Legend, Juanes, Mumford and Sons, Teddy Swims, Leon Bridges, Shakira, Marisoul.

Travel that broadened my perspective.

Quality time with friends and family.

Professionally, I’m deeply thankful for the opportunities to serve and educate my community. This year, I hosted an ADU workshop at IKEA, led First-Time Homebuyer workshops at the Anaheim Library and with RestoreLA, participated as a panelist, and spoke at Career Day at a local elementary school, all while continuing to do the work I love.

I also had the privilege of helping MANY first-time homebuyers achieve homeownership — together receiving over $50,000+ in closing cost assistance 🤍 and closed nearly $5M in real estate transactions, even in a challenging market.

We officially started demo on our Bixby Knolls new construction, a vision finally moving into action.

Through it all, I’m incredibly grateful to God for His continual guidance, protection, and wisdom.

This next year feels like a season of reaping what’s been planted and prepared for. And I’m here for it.
