Currently he serves on the Board of Directors and is a Vice President for two local financial corporations which operate as direct private lenders, residential finance brokers, and real estate investors/developers. He is committed to the highest level of ethics, standards, and service in the real estate industry and the local community. He regularly volunteers at Hope Elementary School and a few local non-profits. Charles currently sits on the Professional Standards Committee and the Grievance Committee at the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors and holds a Probate and Trust Specialist (PTS), Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and a Coldwell Banker Certified Negotiation Expert (CN) designation. Charles is currently raising his two daughters in the Santa Barbara tradition of “living in paradise”. Growing up in this area, Charles learned to surf at an early age and is now teaching them to surf. He has been enjoying the natural beauty of Santa Barbara his whole life.
