Matt Vaughan - Sun Coast Real Estate Matt Vaughan, a licensed real estate broker in Santa Barbara has been counseling buyers and sellers in real estate transactions for 37 years.

Listening to a customer's needs and acting in their best interests is always paramount. Following through on the myriad details of his clients' transactions is also of utmost importance. Matt owns and manages investment properties of his own, and his clients; and serves on a condo association board of directors. Matt has been actively involved in various committees at the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors for over 15 years, was 2006 President of the organization and Realtor of the year in 2007. In 1999 he earned the prestigious Howard Gates Award for closing a difficult transaction through extraordinary efforts of the agent. Matt and his wife have 4 children and enjoy sports, walks on the beach, and movies. Matt has the GRI, epro, and ABR, REALTOR designations.
