MARKET REPORT • the final report of 2023 is in - the big picture… prices stabilized and number of sales were down almost 25% from the previous year. This has a lot to do with the rise in interest rates putting a stall on number of sales, new inventory slowed to less than pre-pandemic levels as homeowners were reluctant to leave the low interest rates they locked in during the pandemic.

With the holidays over and interest rates starting to drop - the buyers are back! Let’s hope those sellers follow suit :)
