Every property has a story and this one lasted 54 years. Memories were made here, raising kids and building a life. First days of school, hot summer days walking into town to see a movie, hanging Christmas lights, birthday parties and Holiday dinners. Scrambling when the cellar floods and laughing about it years later.
This one holds many chapters of just these times.
This story will continue, with a new name on the mailbox.
I couldn't be more pleased for both sides. A renewed beginning and an opportunity for the next generation to write their own story.
Loved this challenging project and I'm so grateful for the friendships that came from it.
