Heather Porter works at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties and has a National Association of Realtors Green Designation and is currently working on her Accredited Buyers Representation, specializing in helping buyers find homes. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the local multiple listing service (MLS) in Santa Barba
ra. Heather is outgoing and personable as she relates to all types of people and speaks to their individual needs. She also has a good reputation and works well with the network of Realtor’s in the Santa Barbara area. Heather’s past experience in the real estate industry is seven years working with one of the industries leaders as a marketing and advertising director. Heather has joined Marie Sue Parsons and Stephanie Young’s team. Together they provide strong customer service to their clients’. Heather is especially skilled at communicating to her clients as well as other agents, lenders and escrow officers which increases her client’s chances of getting the home they want more quickly. Heather came to Santa Barbara in the early 90’s to attend the University of Santa Barbara where she majored in Sociology. While attending school she participated all four years in Track & Field and Cross Country while being an active member of the sorority Kappa Kappa Kappa. In Track & Field she was the Big West Champion in the 5K. Heather married her college sweetheart, Jordan, who is currently a partner in a firm located in downtown Santa Barbara.
