•Overall total sales are up 🔝 14% YTD. All Cash transactions are 44% of the sales.

•The median sales price of a single-family home has increased 10% over the last year. The median sales price is $2.2 million.

•The median sales price of a condo is down 8% over last year. The median sales price of a condo for March was $910,000.

We are seeing an uptick in new listings. Our inventory of new single-family home listings increased 20%. New condo listings increased 40%. We are still seeing a very strong active market, but this Spring is bringing a much needed uptick in new listings for Buyers to choose from.
