Look who stopped by. It’s Trainer, Mean Mary & Tracy Lyon. Small world...Tracy worked for my favorite Uncle George at Grand Central Market and they became close friends. We met decades later with no prior knowledge of the connection. They went home with gifts.

I’ve been reading, “Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself,” by Dr. Joe Dispenza and wouldn’t ya know it...I saw him during my beach walk this afternoon and he was kind enough to allow me to enjoy a photograph. made sure to ask me if I remembered to tell him that they would be getting married. Oops 😬 I forgot! 😙 I thought you might like this too seeing as you follow him around the globe. That being said, if you want to be really close to him, you’ll have to move to Santa Barbara 😇 I might know a realtor that could help you out with that 🏡 goal 🐬 @ Arroyo B***o Beach

Not one March 16th has gone by where I don’t become introspective and dearly miss my father’s, father Charles. And not a St. Paddy’s day goes by without remembering my Mom’s father, Benedict. My mom showed me these photos today and both were taken six months before they passed. I can’t thank both of them enough and if there is a heaven, I hope to see them there to pay them gratitude and ask a lot of questions.
