​Premier HOA Management was founded by Jeff Lucero. A graduate of Santa Clara University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Analysis and Management, Jeff has a wealth of knowledge and unique experience from over 18 years in the industry managing Homeowners Associations (HOAs), preparing reserve studies, as a licensed real estate salesperson, and as an assistant construction manager. Whether your community consists of planned unit developments (PUDs), single family homes, clustered condominiums, or have a mid-to-high-rise building, at Premier HOA Management we are experienced and committed to handling your community’s needs.
