This year Fiesta gets an Italian spin! 🍨🎉

Congratulations to our client, Francesco Amendola, and Sweetaly Gelato (Sweetaly Gelato Artigianale) on the grand opening of their first California location at 401 Paseo Nuevo! Bringing authentic Italian gelato to the heart of downtown Santa Barbara couldn’t have come at a sweeter time, with Fiesta just getting underway.

And a shout-out to Radius agent Sierra Falso, who represented Francesco and Sweetaly in securing their new home. 👏

Today our team gathered at our downtown office for a Fiesta lunch, complete with delicious tacos and a special performance by Spirit Jenna Ramirez. It was the perfect way to celebrate the start of one of Santa Barbara’s favorite traditions.

The transaction, completed on behalf of an estate, is believed to be the largest commercial real estate sale completed within the City of Ventura in 2026, based on Radius’s tracking of recorded transactions.
