🎉 BAB Commercial is thrilled to congratulate Sammie Keith on two incredible years with our team!

Sammie joined the BABC family with a focus on marketing, but quickly dove into the world of property management where she has truly blossomed. She is our bright young star 💫 who is sure to light up any room she enters.

She is curious, kind and super creative. Her ideas are always a hit because she has somehow lived a thousand lives at her very young age. From joining the CREW SV Mentee Program to working towards obtaining her RE License and managing an SJSU sorority house, there is simply nothing Sammie will not put her heart and soul into.

It has been our absolute pleasure to inspire, mentor, and watch her develop over the last 24 months - but we are confident the best is yet to come 💙 Keep learning, keep showing up, and never forget to have a little fun while you do it!

🥁Drumroll Please! BAB Commercial is 𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙙 to welcome Mary Carter to our property management team! Wrapping up her first week as our Associate Director of Property Management, Mary has already made a big impact to the BABC office. A Bay Area native with just over 10 years of CRE experience, she displays a sharp eye for detail, strong dedication, and a deep wealth of knowledge for the surrounding area and local CRE market. Mary also extends her presence in the industry through her involvement with CREW SV as both a member, and Mentor role in the organizations 2025 mentorship program.

Outside the office, Mary finds joy in camping and taking in the great outdoors. ⛰️A devoted mom, she enjoys spending time with her son, and her two furry companions Missy and Quinn.

BAB Commercial could not be more excited to be part of the next chapter in Mary’s career, and we can't wait to see her thrive among our growing team!

The BAB Commercial team was proud to return to the Second Harvest Food Bank of Silicon Valley to support their vital mission of addressing food insecurity in our community.

We remain inspired by the positive environment and dedicated staff of this impactful organization. Knowing that the food we sorted would be distributed the very next day reinforced the importance of this work in reducing waste and supporting those in need.
