Did you know that a house near a city border can have a split personality. A house can be in San Jose but so close to the border of Campbell, it's easier served by a Campbell ZIP code for mailing purposes. So the house is serviced by San Jose for all public works, but if you want to send a letter, address it to Campbell. Curious about how GPS treats the situation, every GPS software I tried has the house in Campbell, while the county records have the house in San Jose.
