The 2024 State of Hispanic Wealth Report tackles common myths about Hispanic wealth and financial behaviors. Get the facts below!
Myth #2: Hispanics predominantly purchase real estate low-to-moderate income neighborhoods.
FACT The majority (71 percent) of real estate purchases financed by Hispanic borrowers in 2023 were bought in middle- and upper-income census tracts.

Hispanic households also purchase homes younger than their non-Hispanic counterparts.

Reposting from a colleague, but this rings, true for me, as well:

The people in 2020 that were approved to buy and told me they were going to "wait for the market to crash," in 2023 are now priced completely out of the Market and won't be able to purchase anymore. Stop letting the media dictact how you build wealth for you and your family.

The facts are the best time to buy a house is now- your home - if you own it (even with a mortgage on it) is an appreciable asset.
