Since the annual election results have been sent out to the community, the December 11th meeting will no longer occur. The HOA Board will remain the same as quorum was not reached by the number of mailed in ballots.

Our next HOA meeting will be held in February 2026. A Zoom meeting link will be emailed out closer to the meeting date. Make sure your account on the NPMG portal has your current email to ensure you receive the virtual meeting link.

Attention: The Canyon Crest HOA Board has decided to change our management company from Valley Association Management (VAM) to National Property Management Group (NPMG) as of February 1, 2024.

A welcome packet from NPMG should arrive by postal mail to the address on file for your property in the next few days, so please look for this important mailing to get to know the new management team.

If you have your HOA dues automatically paid to VAM, please stop those services at this time. Information on how to setup automatic payments to NPMG will be provided in the welcome packet arriving in the next few days. If your HOA dues are paid ahead, the balance will be transferred to NPMG in the next few weeks.

Going forward, all HOA dues billing will be by mail instead of payment books as used in the past. HOA dues billing from NPMG will start this month for the February 1st HOA dues. All HOA dues payments should now be sent to NPMG at the following address:

We will also have a new website managed by NPMG for our community. Stay tuned for a link to the new web portal once that becomes available.

Looking forward to introducing the NPMG team to our community and answering everyone’s questions at our next HOA meeting scheduled for February 7th 2024 at 7pm (site yet to be determined).
