Our clients were focused on condos, but high HOA fees and financing challenges made the numbers difficult to justify. They were starting to wonder if buying a home right now was even possible.

The truth is…

There’s a LOT happening behind the scenes buyers never fully see:
• builder lender incentives
• inflated lot premiums
• upgrade markups
• emotional model-home pricing
• and registration rules most buyers learn too late

That doesn’t mean new construction is bad.

Some of these communities are incredible.

But buyers should understand the process BEFORE signing anything.
