I am a Broker/Associate with Realty Executives and have been practicing Real Estate in Santa Clarita, California (North of LA) since 1982. I have always loved Real Estate, ever since I was a teenager, would walk in to open houses every chance I got, even took the Real Estate license exam at the age of 17, while still in high school, but it wasn’t until after getting my degree and graduating from college and working six years in the insurance industry, that I finally got my license (1982) and have been practicing Real Estate ever since and loving every minute. I love helping people regardless of their needs, you must love working with people in order to make it in my industry, everyone’s needs and characters are different. I believe the most important characteristic one must possess is the art of listening, you must be a good listener, which takes a lot of practice, I feel that I am one of the best listeners I know, since not only do I listen to their stories, wants and needs, but give them my full attention and genuinely interested in them, I take mental notes of everything they say. I help my clients by realizing their goals and the American dream of homeownership, I also help many distressed homeowners these days that find themselves under water and need my guidance to select the best option, more importantly know that they do have options and there is a light at the end of the tunnel. In addition, I help my investor clients realize the best rate of returns and an investment they are proud to call their own, the biggest joy I get is the expression on my client’s faces and the joy or relief I bring them. Once I have earned their trust and a job well done, I feel I have earned the right to ask them for referrals and I do that relentlessly, by this time they are eager and happy to refer me to their friends and family, since they know that they are putting them in good hands and they will receive the same attention they did, as a result, I am proud to say that almost 90% of my business comes from referrals. My clients become my friends and referrals are my life line, it’s a win-win.
