What a beautiful evening…

I had the privilege of attending the La Dolce Vita Gala benefiting the Boys & Girls Club of Santa Clarita, and it truly was one of those nights that reminds you how special this community is.

The Bella Vida Ballroom at the SCV Senior Center was stunning. Italian jazz, gorgeous décor, incredible food… and a live auction that got a little competitive. That may be my paddle in the air!

The Boys & Girls Club has been serving the children and families of our valley since 1968. Thirteen locations, thousands of kids every year, and programs that truly change lives. Events like this are what make that work possible, and it was so wonderful to see our community show up in such a big way.

I was honored to be a sponsor of this year's event and even more honored to be surrounded by so many generous, community-minded people.

So grateful to live and work in a place where people keep showing up for one another.

🏠 Mid-2026 Santa Clarita Valley Market Update: What Buyers and Sellers Need to Know

📊The Santa Clarita real estate market is shifting into more balanced territory. Median home prices across SCV are currently sitting in the $790K to $855K range, homes are averaging 46 to 69 days on market, and 30-year fixed mortgage rates are hovering near 6.5%. Inventory has also increased to roughly 4.3 months, giving buyers more room to breathe than they had in 2024.

For sellers, this does not mean opportunity is gone. It means preparation, pricing, and presentation matter more than ever. Homes that are positioned correctly are still selling well.

Valencia, Stevenson Ranch, Saugus, Canyon Country, and Castaic are each telling a slightly different story, and understanding those local differences is where experience and neighborhood knowledge really matter.

"When are you going to retire?" People ask me this question all the time... and honestly, I understand why...I've been selling real estate in Santa Clarita since 1989, so by any measure, that's a long career.

Here's the honest answer: when you love what you do, it's hard to call it work.

I still genuinely enjoy helping families buy and sell homes here. The first-time buyer who's nervous about every step, the family who's been in their home for 30 years and is ready for what's next... The couple relocating to Santa Clarita from across the country who needs someone they can trust on the ground. Every one of those stories matters to me.
