NO NO NO - the reason this type of financing gets rejected is in a market where homes are rising faster than appraised values the buyers need to be prepared to come in and finance any difference and typically the buyers with these loans only have the minimum amount available to get into a home. This is also not always true - as I have had buyers use both an FHA and VA loan and win a bidding war - they just had cash to make up any differences between the appraised value and offer amount. That is what really matters - not the product......
But yeah - lets call it bias....

Sellers who refuse to accept offers from buyers with certain types of financing are denying homebuying opportunities to those who need them the most, experts say.
