🚨 This home was not originally on my client's radar because it was listed 20K higher than his budget. I will run property searches a few different ways and one of those is looking at homes that are listed 10-20K higher than your price range but have been sitting on the market for several weeks or more. This one fit that bill.

🀩 Not only were we able to negotiate it for 10K less than the list price but I was able to get the buyer a 15K credit from the seller to go towards a 2-1 interest rate buy down getting him a 5% interest rate the first year and 6% the next year.
