There’s a lot that goes into a good deal. It’s not always what you know it’s what you don’t know that really matters…. We care about the details and we care about the structure. What you say and how you say in a transaction is the difference between a successfully closed deal and a deal that falls out. I’d rather have a deal, not move forward from the beginning than create problems later. This is a standard not an option.
