Well the winds of change are in the air. The likelihood of tighter lending requirements for purchasing in the spring. If interest rates go up 1percent it is not an increase of 1 percent on the payment it is if we are going from 3 percent on a 100 thousand loan amount 4 percent that is $1000 more if my math is correct that is 25percent higher in interest that is paid in that first year. The good news is that could increase the choice of home you buy because homes may stay on the market longer. It is complicated but it something to think about going forward.

Meeting to day was about the way having money for something and planning to solve a problem can just be an illusion . We discussed what had stopped having housing for all people.

Today was my first time back out on tour. Seeing faces collecting hugs and looking at wonderful homes. All the joy . The high light was driving down Browns Valley Road and smelling the hedge of Rosemary.. seeing the. Orchards. We are blessed.
