We offer a variety of services from Project Management, Home Inspection Report cost analysis, New Home Construction, Residential Additions and Repairs to meet Code Compliance. Living and working in Santa Cruz County for

over twenty years has provided our company with the experience to maintain and improve the homes and structures of our community. We have installed numerous decks, retaining walls, drainage systems, and paver systems. We understand all of the particular code compliance requirements for constructing ADU's/in-law units, the drainage requirements of the mountains and the drainage solutions to flat areas like the Live Oak neighborhood. We have experience in what the salt water fog does to our steel hardware and always recommend stainless steel hardware when appropriate. Siding repair and landlord/tenant neglect properties also fill our schedule quite often. Our community is unique due to the close proximity of so many beautiful natural resources, with multi-million dollar homes positioned right next to fixer-upper college rentals. This community that we call home has provided us with the opportunity to learn from each other and spread what we have learned to our customers.
