These buyers had been searching for their dream house for 10 years, and when they finally found it, they pounced.

Their offer was contingent on the sale of their home in Saratoga. It felt like a hail mary, but their offer was accepted!

With some grit and determination, they got their home ready for sale, listed, and under-contract in just 10 days!

Now all that’s left to do is install the post-surf outdoor shower in their new beach house.
