I moved to Santa Cruz in 1977 and obtained my real estate license in 1978 while earning a degree in Business, with a minor in Real Estate from San Jose State. I have experience in representing clients in both residential and commercial properties. In addition, I have assisted my husband, Steve, with his construction company, Hansmann Construction, Inc. in building custom homes for clients as well as building homes for investments. I have knowledge in land purchases, design, the building process, and marketing of new homes. Thus, I have very diversified background in many areas of real estate. I use all that experience to assist my clients with their varied real estate needs.
