any challenges that come up during the process of buying or selling a property. By breaking down the process into simple and clear steps, my goal is for my clients to have a smooth and pleasant experience. For me, the greatest satisfaction occurs when I am able to assist a client in accomplish a goal. My first career was as a local elementary school teacher. I take that same passion for helping others into my real estate career. I pride myself on my communication and listening skills. I am a native to California and have lived in Santa Cruz since 1991. I truly feel blessed to live in one of the greatest places on Earth. My wife Alissa and I live in the Pleasure Point neighborhood in East Santa Cruz with our goofy boxer Marli. We enjoy spending time with our friends and family and look forward to starting own family sometime here in the near future. We love all types of sports and outdoor activities, with surfing, traveling, back yard barbeques and following the San Francisco Giants on the top of the list.

Sereno 1% For Good Charitable Foundation is honored to support Skills of Life Cafe, an organization dedicated to supporting local teens and young adults that are neurodiverse and with mild intellectual disabilities by providing a community-supported vocational training program.

Since 2012, over $7 million has been donated to more than 600 local organizations making a positive impact in the communities we serve through our Sereno 1% For Good Charitable Foundation.
