Most buyers right now are making the same mistake, and it’s costing them.

They’re waiting for the “perfect” one.

In Santa Cruz, that strategy doesn’t work the way people think it does.

The homes that feel just right on paper?
Everyone else thinks so too. Those are the ones getting multiple offers, waived contingencies, and going well over asking.

The buyers actually winning right now are doing something different:

They’re buying the house that’s 85% right.
