Yesterday’s favorite on tour was this 5-bedroom the Draper’s have listed Lauren Circle for $3.85M. The outdoor space this nearly one acre parcels affords is nothing short of magical. And did you catch the squirrel? Now is that good Staging or what??

And as if that wasn’t enough, it’s always such a treat running into Mandy and Matt Draper, two of my favorites in the industry.
