- Prices are Up compared to the same month last year
- Inventory is Up slightly
- The Number of Sales is Down
- Days on market is Up
- Months Supply of Inventory is Up (just slightly for SFH)
- Sale Price to List Price Ratio is Down

Introducing Sereno Group Santa Cruz and Aptos' 1% for Good recipient, Teen Kitchen Project (TKP)!

TKP's mission is to build healthy communities through food by bringing in volunteer teens to prepare nutritious, medically tailored meals that are delivered to individuals and families who are in crisis due to a life threatening illness.

TKP is the only organization in Santa Cruz County offering free or low-cost meal delivery to patients, regardless of patient's age or income level. In the process of preparing nutritious, medically tailored meals, our volunteer teen chefs gain valuable work experience and benefit from the opportunity to give back to their community.

As a leading advocate for youth, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Cruz County is committed to ensuring that every child has access to a safe place after school and during the summer where they can build the knowledge, skills and behaviors to put them on the path to a great future.
