I have been working in the Silicon Valley area and Santa Cruz markets for over 18 years. I feel the combination of open communication, organization, honesty and dedication is the key to success in an ever changing market. I was raised in Los Altos and graduated with a Bachelors degree from U.C. Santa Barbara in 1994. I have years of international sales management, marketing and extensive outside sales experience. In addition to my experience with marketing and sales negotiation, I have been designing the finish details and design work for new construction throughout Silicon Valley and the Santa Cruz areas for the past fifteen years. Warm, professional relationships are a hallmark of working with Me. I get the job done of helping you to sell or purchase your home with my strong association of specialists. In order to streamline the Buying and Selling process I have carefully chosen a network of efficient financial, legal, land use planners and other specialists including stagers, escrow coordinators, inspectors, contractors and full time marketing and office assistants. The high-quality network that I have fostered extends beyond the Bay Area to an international audience of potential home buyers and sellers through the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and the firm’s luxury home division known as Luxury Portfolio. My personal network combined with Sereno Groups market tenure and brand identity gives my clients a distinct advantage when buying or selling a home.
