A New take on an old classic, Santa Fe BITE is now serving breakfast! Bobcat Bites was a Santa Fe classic that closed a few years ago and the owners shared their recipe's with the new owners of Santa Fe BITE so the old Green Chile Cheeseburger and others are still around!

Santa Fe Bite is now serving BREAKFAST from 9am-3pm!

The Burning of Zozobra, staged each year on the Friday before Labor Day centers on the ritual burning in effigy of Zozobra, in order to dispel the hardships and travails of the past year.
