For nearly 20 years, Paul Stenbergs' name and Real Estate reputation has been synonymous with Dedication, Loyalty, and Commitment to his clients goals. Paul's simple belief is that his clients needs and objectives come first. Each and every Buyer and Seller is different, their circumstances and objectives differ " there is no one plan or speech fits all in Real Estate." Paul grew up in the solemn
beauty of the wine country near Sonoma as well as the Redwoods on the coast of Mendocino. Mary's College in Moraga in 1988, Paul's first real estate work experience during college was in the bustling atmosphere of a Coldwell Banker in Walnut Creek, CA. Then, upon graduation, he moved into the realm of media, working at KKIS Radio in Concord. This broadcasting experience eventually led to Paul's relocation to Santa Fe in 1989. Utilizing his media, writing and marketing experience, he quickly found himself back in the Real Estate arena in 1992, working for a small, boutique brokerage handling Sales and Property Management. With a brief 3 year segue into Economic Development for both the City of Santa Fe and the State of New Mexico, Paul finally settled permanently into Real Estate in 1996 at French & French Fine Properties. Paul has worked in all segments and geographical areas of Santa Fe's diverse market, including historic resales, new construction, investment and vacation properties. Paul spent nearly 6 years specializing in the Highway 285 Corridor as well as the on-site Broker for nearly three years at the exclusive Resort Development of Quail Run. He currently serves on the Santa Fe Association of Realtors Board of Directors (2016-2018) and has been Chairperson for both the Ethics and Education Committees. When Paul is not assisting his Real Estate clients, he can be found supporting and coaching his 16 year old twins, Eva Sophia and Wesley in their respective sports of gymnastics and swimming. Paul and his children are aspiring golfers, fishermen as well as mountain bikers.
