- Confirm there is recorded legal access, not just a driveway people have always used
- Read every easement so you know who can cross the land or place utilities on it
- Ask if there is a recent survey, and decide if you need a new one
- Don't assume fences, gates, or walls show the true boundary lines

Fall in Santa Fe has its own rituals.🌶️

Around here, the season arrives in familiar ways: chile roasters firing up, Fiestas weekend downtown, harvest mornings at the Santa Fe Farmers Market, and drives when the aspens turn. If you want to feel fall here, start with one of those and take your time. After all these years, I still think this is when Santa Fe feels most itself.🍂

It is not one feature. It is the rhythm: slower mornings, outdoor spaces that get used every day, and homes that invite you to exhale.
