Sometimes the best real estate strategy isn’t the first one—it’s the one that makes the most sense for your goals.

This home was originally listed for sale, but with the neighborhood still being built out, we knew it could be challenging to achieve the value the sellers deserved. Instead of settling, we pivoted.
