Paul’s strong ties to the community are evidenced by his participation in numerous boards and committees on which he served and chaired, which include: Urban Policy Board, Historic Design Review Board, DWI Council, Transportation Board, Board of Adjustment, Regional Planning Authority, Extraterritorial Zoning Authority. Paul’s long career in the real estate industry has established him as an expert in the residential and commercial markets, and his knowledge of city and county development codes provides him with the skills to advise his clients on complex local land issues.
