ISO I have a serious need for 3 clients who have done everything right to buy a home🏡. All are pre-qualified and looking for a nice home in the Kirtland, Fruitland, Waterflow, LaPlata, or west end-ish Farmington areas. One would like to stay in the up to $400k range but wants at least a little land (prefers irrigation, think 4-H), one is looking up to $300k with preferably 4 bedrooms (or 3 with room to convert for a growing family). And one is looking up to $425k needing at least 4 bedrooms (at least 1800sft) where seller will consider waiting until they sell their home (which I’m confident it will sell).
