Creative Santa Fe In November 2021, Creative Santa Fe emerged from a year long dormancy with a new team and expanded mission.

Creative Santa Fe’s mission is to leverage Santa Fe’s unique sense of place, using collaboration and the power of the arts to reframe critical issues and drive positive change. Founded in 2005, the organization has a rich history of convening organizations and creatives to address issues that impact our community through vibrant public events, developing cross-sector partnerships, and building bri

The organization adds to our services, providing comprehensive brand strategy and communication development to individuals and organizations who are committed to positive social change, amplifying the work of nonprofits, businesses, educational institutions, and government agencies.

Backstage after taking the PechaKucha Night stage, Amy Lin shared a simple but provocative idea: maybe we shouldn't be flushing p**p.

Through her presentation, Amy challenged conventional thinking about waste and invited us to consider a different perspective on composting—one that sees human waste not as something to discard, but as a resource that can contribute to healthier soils and more sustainable systems.

The best PechaKucha talks make us question assumptions, and Amy's certainly did. 🌱

This season marked the successful reboot of PechaKucha at its new home, the Lensic Performing Arts Center, and the energy in the room made it clear that this beloved community tradition is thriving. Thank you to everyone who showed up ready to listen, learn, laugh, and be inspired.

What began as a song became something much bigger - a room full of strangers singing together, laughing together, and leaving a little more connected than when they arrived.

Janice Lucero shared a vision rooted in meaningful relationships with ourselves, our families, our communities, and Mother Earth. Guided by the values of love, respect, gratitude, equality, compassion, and unity, Cotton Blossom Gardens is cultivating stronger kinships and a brighter future for generations to come.

Located in the Pueblo of Isleta, the gardens are a place of learning, healing, and shared knowledge, where fresh harvests become nourishing food and community grows alongside the crops.

There are moments that become more than memories—they become reminders of what is possible.

Ten storytellers stood on this stage and shared their hearts. Together, they offered stories of hope and resilience, creativity and courage, purpose and perseverance. For one remarkable evening, those stories became our shared experience.

As we move forward, may we carry that same pride, strength, and inspiration with us one step at a time. And may we remember that real change begins when we show up, listen deeply, and engage with one another.

Community isn't something we find. It's something we create.
