Another exciting Garsa Group project, restoration is underway at our historic Santa Fe establishment, Shops At The Design Center.

The Design Center is a historic market place located downtown just a short walk from the Santa Fe Plaza. Originally built as a Chevrolet car dealership and service center in the late 1940’s, we now house various businesses including restaurants, retail stores, offices and services for your needs.

We have been making continuous efforts to restore this building for a better experience while honoring it’s history and location. Recent improvements include freshly renovated restrooms, exterior monument sign installation and more for our valued tenants and their customers.
